Important Notes

  • Perishable Nature: As our products are freshly baked food items, we cannot accept returns due to change of mind or taste preferences.
  • 24-Hour Window: All claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • Storage Requirements: Claims for quality issues won't be accepted if products weren't stored according to our guidelines.
  • Custom Orders: Personalized or custom orders are non-refundable unless there's a quality or fulfillment issue.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

You can cancel your order under the following conditions:
